RN House Supervisor - Fulltime - Days - (San Luis Obispo)
Responsible for the supervision and coordination of all patient care activities.
Required Training/Education/Experience/Certification:
(1) Current CA RN License (2) Current BLS Certificate (3) Current ACLS Certificate (4) 3-5 years previous acute nursing experience.
Desired Training/Education/Experience/Certification:
(1) Previous charge or supervisory experience (2) Numerical ability to plan staffing based on numerical plans and patient acuity (3) Must be able to follow instructions, work quickly and accurately in a fast paced environment (4) Analytical and grammatical skills are necessary to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing (5) Organizational and multi-tasking skills are essential (6) Must be fluent in spoken and written English (7) Must be able to fulfill the essential functions of the position Source:
